We specialize in the marketing of a wide variety of grains, including wheat, corn and soybeans. We provide complete logistics solutions from farm to market, ensuring quality, traceability and efficiency.

SOYBEAN

Soybeans are a legume highly valued for their protein content and their versatility in industrial and food uses.

NON GMO SOYBEAN: Non-genetically modified soybeans are soybeans that have not been genetically engineered and still have natural properties.

GMO SOYBEAN: is a variety of soybean that has been genetically modified in laboratories to introduce specific characteristics, such as resistance to herbicides, pests or adverse weather conditions.

CORN

Corn is one of the most important crops in the world, used for both human and animal consumption and in industry.

Yellow corn grade 2 Non-GMO (human consumption) is a type of corn that meets certain quality and purity standards, especially in terms of impurity and moisture content. It comes from traditional crops without biotechnological alterations.

Yellow corn grade 2 GMO (human consumption) is a type of genetically modified corn that meets specific quality standards and is used in various food industries. It contains genetic modifications that give it characteristics such as resistance to pests, herbicides and adverse weather conditions.

WHEAT

Grade 2 wheat is a versatile, good quality option for the production of a variety of foods intended for human consumption.

Sugar

The sugar market is divided into different categories according to their degree of refinement and purity, classified under the ICUMSA (International Commission for Uniform Methods of Sugar Analysis) standard. These categories determine the color, quality and specific uses of sugar.

ICUMSA 45

ICUMSA 45 sugar is bright white and highly refined, it is the highest quality sugar available on the market today. It is suitable for human consumption and for use in a wide range of food applications.

It is in high demand as it is the safest form of sugar, due to the fact that the refining process by which it is created eliminates bacteria and contaminants frequently present in raw sugars.

BROWN SUGAR ICUMSA 600-1200:

Known as brown sugar, ICUMSA 600-1200 is 100% refined raw and is produced after the first crystallization of sugar cane. This sugar is thicker than white sugar, known as ICUMSA 45, and its color is brown. Raw jaggery from sugar cane, when fully refined contains around 70% white sugar.

ICUMSA 150

It is a type of refined sugar that is somewhere between raw sugar and refined white sugar. It is obtained through a process of partial refining of raw sugar, eliminating impurities and reducing the color content.

Vegetable Oils

The vegetable oil market is one of the most dynamic and essential globally, as these products are essential for human consumption, industry and, more recently, for the production of biofuels.

We offer high quality vegetable oils such as soybean oil, sunflower oil, palm oil and corn oil, both crude and refined. Our focus is on sustainability by working with farmers who comply with responsible agricultural practices and environmental regulations.

Palm Oil

Palm oil is the most widely produced and consumed vegetable oil worldwide. It is obtained from the fruit of the African palm tree (Elaeis guineensis) and stands out for being one of the most efficient crops in terms of production, surpassing other vegetable oils in the amount of oil generated per unit of surface area.

Soybean Oil

Soybean oil is a versatile, economical product that is widely used in cooking, industry and cosmetics. It is obtained from the seeds of the soybean (Glycine max). Its nutritional profile makes it a healthy option when consumed in moderation and as part of a balanced diet.

Corn Oil

Corn oil is a vegetable oil extracted from corn germ, which is a by-product of the corn industry. It is known for its high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, making it a popular choice both in cooking and in the food industry.

Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil is a vegetable oil obtained from the seeds of the sunflower plant (Helianthus annuus). It is known for its healthy fat profile, especially its high content of monounsaturated fatty acids (omega-9) and vitamin E.

Cocoa

Cocoa is a fascinating and versatile fruit, recognized worldwide not only for its economic and cultural importance, but also for its unique characteristics that make it unmistakable.

There are different varieties of cocoa in the world. Originally there were only two types; Criollo and Forastero, but the crossing of these two species gave rise to Trinitario, and from the repeated crossing between them, the different types of cocoa that are known and used today originated.

Criollo or Sweet Cocoa

It is distinguished by its elongated fruits that end in a thin point. It has a soft shell and round seeds, white to violet in color, sweet and with a pleasant flavor.

Bitter or Forastero Cocoa

It is characterized by its round, smooth fruits, with a hard shell and flattened purple grains with a bitter flavor.

Trinitaria Variety Cocoa

It arises from the crossing of Criollo and Forastero cocoa. The pods can be of many shapes and colors; the seeds are larger than those of Criollo and Forastero cocoa; the plants are strong, with a thick trunk and large leaves. Currently, most of the cocoa plantations in the world are Trinitarian.

Acriollo Hybrid Cocoa

It is the one that has been obtained by crossing different trees that have been studied and selected for being the best: for the quality of the seed, for being very productive and for their resistance to diseases. The seed has an excellent chocolate flavor and high butter content.

Forastero Hybrid Cocoa

The pods are round, calabacillo-type (round-shaped pod with a smooth surface) or amelonado-type (oval-shaped pods). They have a hard, smooth shell. Their seeds are small, flattened, bitter-tasting, and are generally purple.

Clones

Among the cocoas are the varieties that have been achieved in research centers. They reproduce them from the tissues of the branches with veins or rods.

Hispaniola Cocoa

This is the highest quality type of cocoa processed in the Dominican Republic. This bean is fermented before drying, resulting in a whole bean of pure cocoa.

Sánchez Cocoa

Processed without going through the fermentation process. Once the bean is extracted from the pod, it is placed in the dryers.

The diversity of cocoa not only enriches the range of flavours and aromas it offers, but is also crucial to the sustainability of its cultivation. The conservation of local varieties, for example, is essential to maintain biodiversity and ensure the availability of genetic material that can resist diseases and adapt to climate change.

Cocoa is a fruit full of history, flavour and diversity, an invaluable element for global gastronomy and culture.
